about the role
we are seeking a skilled sap configuration professional to join our team. As a key member of our global sap team, you will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing mm, pp, and wm modules.
key responsibilities
* collaborate with the global sap team to configure and customize mm, pp, and wm modules.
* work closely with the dsc team to support integration projects, interface issues, and align sap processes with manufacturing executions.
* ensure integration of sap modules with external systems (dcs) to maintain data consistency and operational efficiency.
* act as a bridge between local business units and the sap team to align system requirements and enhancements.
* deliver and develop training material to users, focusing on deepening their understanding of module-specific functionalities.
* maintain up-to-date training material, process documentation, and job instructions to support.
* support unit testing with the wh team.
* maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for training and operational support.
* identify and propose process improvements for sap modules to optimize supply chain processes.
