qualifications
* experience: 2+ years in cost accounting or manufacturing variance analysis.
* bachelor's degree in accounting, industrial engineering, or a related field.
* microsoft office (excel, outlook, etc.)
* sap (preferred).
* conversational english. Ability to read and write emails, attend and participate in basic meetings, required.
* analytical and problem‑solving oriented.
* knowledge of accounting mapping and processes.
* ability to work with multicultural and cross‑functional teams.

* prepare and present manufacturing variance analyses (muv, ppv, ovh, labor, etc.).
* experience in manufacturing expense analysis (desirable).
* support the preparation of weekly financial projections.
* support monthly closing activities.
* prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
* participate in the annual budget and forecast.
* prepare and present financial analyses as required.
* conduct analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
