we at coforge are hiring call center representative with the following skillset:
handle
inbound voice calls
with professionalism and customer focus.
provide support on the following products and services:
credit cards
(including reporting lost/stolen cards)
checking & savings accounts
debit cards
online accounts & mobile banking
bill pay & mobile deposits
loans & mortgages
other voice-related tasks as mutually agreed upon.
inform customers of
account status
and complete maintenance requests (payments, balance transfers, etc.).
assist customers with questions, transactions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
document all interactions in the client's system with accuracy and compliance.
requirements
6–9 months
of call center experience (bfsi experience preferred).
english proficiency:
b2+ to c1.
must
live within 1.5 hours
of the site.
ability to work a
10-hour shift
within hours of operation (6:00 am – 4:00 pm).
comfortable with schedule:
two 15-minute breaks
and
one 30-minute lunch
.
strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
ability to adapt to client systems, policies, and compliance requirements.

schedule:
10-hour shifts, monday to saturday (with one weekday off)
