we are seeking a marketing operations specialist to support the execution, systems, and operational backbone of arrow’s global components campaign marketing organization. This role focuses on supplier digital operations, including supplier web updates, po and invoice management, billing coordination, and system administration across marketing tools and platforms. This is a highly execution‑oriented role, working closely with supplier marketing, campaign teams, finance, it, and sales operations to ensure marketing programs are accurately set up, tracked, billed, and reported.
what you’ll be doing
* manage supplier web operations, including content updates, coordination with web teams, and tracking supplier requests.
* support supplier billing and invoicing, ensuring accurate setup, pacing, and reconciliation against contracts and marketing plans.
* own po creation, tracking, and invoice reconciliation, maintaining clear visibility into spend, status, and approvals.
* maintain trackers and reporting for pos, invoices, supplier spend, and campaign‑related costs.
* partner cross‑functionally with teams handling salesforce entry and dsa management to support campaign setup, ensure data accuracy, and maintain ongoing system hygiene.
* identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and help document, standardize, and improve workflows.
* depending on experience, serve as a workfront administrator, supporting intake forms, workflows, templates, and user setup.
* act as a reliable operational point of contact to keep programs moving forward while marketing teams focus on strategy and execution.
what we are looking for
* 5–8+ years of experience in marketing operations, program operations, or a related operational role.
* strong experience with po management, invoicing, and budget tracking in a marketing or agency environment.
* comfort working across multiple systems (e.g., salesforce, workfront, cms/web platforms, finance tools).
* high attention to detail and accuracy, especially with financials, data entry, and reporting.
* ability to manage multiple workstreams at once and keep projects moving without constant oversight.
* strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
* comfortable working in evolving environments with changing tools, processes, and priorities.

annual hiring range/hourly rate
$53,350.00 – $58,685.00 mxn monthly.
actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
