1. Analyze the competition situation of the target market.
2. Integrated internal and external resources (government, dealers, factories, etc.), planned and developed the local channel network;
3. Formulated and strengthened annual/quarterly business targets, developed localized marketing strategies and business policies, and continuously established and improved channel network effectiveness (achieved sales, profits, market share, customer satisfaction and other indicators);
4. Focus on supply chain guarantee and dealers' operating status, taking into account brand building and service operation to ensure overall sound operation;
5. Continue to pay attention to the risk of operating the whole link and operate in compliance.
qualifications
1. Knowledge and skills: bachelor's degree, use of the english language for the daily work requirements on a 90% basis;
2. Work experience: 5 years or above auto sales experience(dealer group or car brand company);
