The ops sup analyst 1 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and opening accounts in coordination with the operations - core team. The role also serves as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients. The primary objective is to support daily operations in alignment with citi's infrastructure and processes.
responsibilities:
* perform business analysis and document current and future states of client reports and advisories (letters, notices, confirms).
* provide status updates and create presentations for project stakeholders and steering committees.
* coordinate with legal & compliance teams for regulatory sign-offs.
* act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology, advising on priorities, risks, costs, and timelines.
* develop and facilitate training sessions, demos, and write uat scripts and business scenarios.
* manage project plans and follow-ups across departments.
* handle multiple projects focusing on regulatory client deliverables like legal statements, performance reports, and notices.
* ensure exceptional client experience and measure it through specific metrics.
* assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards, and report control issues transparently.
qualifications:
* previous relevant experience preferred.
* proficient in microsoft office, with knowledge of sql environments and database queries.
* understanding of client reporting industry standards.
* strong organization, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* excellent written and verbal communication skills.
education:
* bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
additional requirements:
* experience in training delivery, course design, and instructional design preferred.
* skills in material creation for training, group management (both in-person and virtual), teamwork, and compliance with policies.
* proactive attitude, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

* schedule: monday to friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with possible schedule adjustments.
