overview ecommerce marketing manager responsible for developing and executing retail media strategies across key retailers to drive roas and business growth.
responsibilities - develop the retail media strategy for the bu across key retailers platforms.
- optimize media investments based on performance data and roas analysis.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, media, marketing, content and retail media partners to align on campaign goals and execution.
- negotiate with retail media partners annual investment plans (jbp) to secure new placements, access to data insights and optimal cost structures that maximize the value and effectiveness of our investments.
- monitor and report on full funnel campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategy and execution.
- contribute to the broader digital marketing strategy, ensuring integrations with other teams as media and data.
- manage and optimize the retail media budget to ensure efficient allocation and maximize return on investment.
- lead and mentor a team member, supporting their professional development and performance.
- acts as a retail media expert and data-driven leader, while helping upskill the digital capabilities across the organization.
qualifications - professional: skilled executive with understanding of massive consumer goods industry end-to-end value chain and commercial processes.
- strategic thinking: ability to define and guide long-term retail media strategies aligned with business goals.
- analytical skills: strong capability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- digital marketing expertise: deep understanding of digital channels, ecommerce platforms, and retail media ecosystem. Knowledge of self-service ads platforms such as criteo, topsort, amazon ads and programmatic media purchase a plus.
- innovation & creativity: ability to think outside the box and identify new category opportunities for brand growth.
- leadership & team development: experience managing and mentoring team members to build high-performing teams.
- collaboration & cross-functional alignment: skilled at working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- negotiation skills: proven ability to negotiate joint business plans (jbps) and secure value-added media investments.
- budget management: experience managing and optimizing media budgets to maximize roi.
- results orientation: focused on achieving measurable outcomes and continuously improving performance.
- educational: bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, digital, business, or related field; master on digital is a plus.
- language: english and spanish fluent professional.
- additional: experience in working on an agile/scrum methodology is a plus; experience master on digital is a plus.
