**Qualifications**:
- Education level: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related
- 6 years experience in quality related areas (design, manufacturing, quality systems, etc.)
- 3 years experience in product introduction
- Knowledge in electronic & manufacturing processes
- Claim management: 0km, Field returns
- Problem solving tools knowledge as 8D, A3
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English mandatory)
- People management
- Automotive standard knowledge and experience
- Experience in the usage of Quality Tools: MSA, MCA, pPCA, PCA, SPC, IQRM, FMEA, Control Plan, etc
- SAP knowledge
