* university degree or equivalent technical experience with 10 years in supply chain supervisory roles.
* minimum 10 years' experience in planning, production, materials, or logistics supervision.
* broad knowledge and experience in erp, mrp, and mps systems.
* prior automotive/manufacturing experience (tier 1, 2).
* inventories and management.
* ms office proficiency.
* materials planning.
* knowledge of internal iatf 16949, iso 14001 & iso 45001 procedures.
required skills and qualifications
* apics or equivalent professional certification desirable.
* lean manufacturing – lean toolset familiarity required, lean certification preferred.
* bilingual - effective communication in english and spanish.
