The quality analyst ii role at uber freight focuses on reducing incidents in the supply chain related to freight suppliers through the execution of improvement plans and tracing of corrective actions, and carrier management.
what you will do
* receive notifications of transport non-conformances
* redirect to the corresponding carrier the non-conformances
* do root-cause analysis of non-conformances that are attributable to uber freight.
* follow up on non-conformance notifications to carriers to achieve responses on time.
* receive carrier´s analysis and corroborate that they have the non-conformances documents in the 8d format.
* analyze root-causes and corrective actions for each non-conformance to avoid repetition of the non-conformance.
* schedule analysis and investigation meetings with the carriers.
* upload in sap the non-conformance response within the timeframe stated in the non conformances process.
* follow up on the corrective actions indicated in each non-conformance to ensure that the corresponding actions and documentation were performed and documented.
* upload in sap the evidence of the execution of the corrective actions.
basic qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, ehs or related.
* advanced english is a must
* 2 – 4 years in quality, ehs or implementing quality planning processes.
* basic knowledge of transportation or logistics.
* high knowledge on quality systems.
* fine attention to details.
* effective problem-solving skills
* service orientation (commits to and enjoys providing exceptional service to internal and external customers)
