Organizational development specialistmissiondesign, implement, and monitor organizational development strategies, policies, and programs that strengthen culture, foster talent, and ensure the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.key responsibilities- organizational development strategy- define and implement development strategies that align organizational culture, structure, and processes with corporate goals.- policies and procedures- design, update, and ensure compliance with organizational development policies and procedures across all areas of the company.- high-potential talent development identify high-potential employees and coordinate leadership programs, career paths, and training initiatives to support their growth.- diagnostics and assessments- conduct 180° evaluations, assessment centers, and other diagnostic tools to measure competencies, performance, and development needs.- inclusion and mentorship programs- design and manage mentorship programs, with a special focus on women and vulnerable groups, promoting inclusion and equity within the organization.required competencies- strategic thinking and organizational analysis- change management and leadership influence- effective communication and collaboration- results orientation and problem-solving- innovation in talent development processesqualifications- education: bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or related field.master's degree preferred.- experience: minimum of 5 years in organizational development, talent management, or hr-related roles.experience with diagnostics (180°, assessments) and leadership development programs is highly desirable.- technical skills: proficiency in hr systems, assessment tools, and data analysis for organizational diagnostics.- languages: advanced english and spanish (oral and written) preferred for multinational environments.- soft skills: strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence stakeholders, adaptability, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
