major accountabilities
1. support the development and execution of a high-quality medical strategy for disease areas and brand vision throughout their lifecycle at global, regional, or national levels.
2. contribute to designing and implementing innovative medical affairs plans that address medical needs, including rwe/evidence generation, heor, digital technology, innovative education, and scientific communication. Co-create the gma plan to provide relevant insights and shape regional or country activities aligned with global strategy.
3. collaborate with senior leaders from various functions and external partners to support medical product plans, clinical development, scientific communications, and medical expert engagement.
4. ensure all medical activities comply with p3 guidelines.
5. maintain and promote medical and scientific excellence through recruitment, training, and technical development of staff.
key performance indicators
1. support the development and implementation of strategic and operational global medical affairs ta programs, focusing on evidence generation, launch readiness, and post-marketing solutions, including planning and execution of medical/scientific engagement strategies.
2. provide medical, scientific, and evidence generation inputs during program design and execution.
3. contribute to the development and execution of the integrated evidence plan (iep) and other functional programs to maximize value and impact for the launch portfolio.
work experience
* bachelor's degree in health sciences, medicine, or related fields.
* 3-5 years of industry experience as an msl, preferably with experience working with allergologists.
* knowledge of allergies, including asthma, food allergies, and urticaria.
* proficiency in english.
