*installation worker (operario calificado, operario general)*purpose of the job- perform the execution of signaling, telecommincation and low voltaje installation - trackside, stations and depots - according to installation supervisor and team leaders orientations and instructionsorganisation structure (job belongs to..)operations/regional centre /site operationsreports directly to:site/country/cluster/region installation manager/director or field operation manager/director other reporting to:functional report line to sig installation supervisor or team leader (during project execution and operations phase)direct reports:nonenetwork & linksinternal- site/country/cluster/region installation manager/director or field operation manager/director - site/country/cluster/region ehs manager/director external- suppliers and/or sub-contractors- auditors and/or assessorsmain responsabilitiesin compliance to ehs (zero deviation) and regulatory standards, the sig installation worker performs the installation execution and activities, including:- execute specific installation activities according the design documentation and installation supervisor orientation / instruction- comply with ehs procedures and maintains ppe defined by ehs, make sure collective protections are in place, and alert the installation supervisor whenever any deviation to ehs rules or ehs risk- ensure has the right means to perform the installation: o ensure tools calibration at all time- understanding of drawings and work method statement (wms)- ensure availability and usage of the necessary and right material- accurate knowledge / training for performing the work- perform activities with quality: no deviation versus drawings and wms- report and alert the hierarchical superior if any risk, difficulties, or issues are identified during the installation activities that may impact the safety, the quality and/or the performance of the workperformance measurements- quality of installation activities (number of punch points) - productivity as per reference library- issue of red and yellow drawing reportseducational requirementsmandatory: primary leveldesirable: secondary levelexperiencemandatory:- minimum experience on site works: 6 months desirable:- knowledge of ehs on sitecompetencies & skills- quality and ehs-focused, rigorous, team-playeryou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.we guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud.if you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you!
