reconcile daily receipts from the production and facilitate accurate allocation to customer orders respond to all customer and sales inquiries in a professional and timely manner process orders, returns, credits, allocation and invoicing with accuracy and within slas support any/all customer order management tasks ensure rigorous compliance due diligence on an individual customer basis research customer chargeback claims handle sales requests with efficiency and professionalism command of english is very important.
time management skills : this role will require you to focus on meeting slas interdepartmentally and within the order shipping windows 4-5 years of working experience: you should have a strong background with 4-5 years of experience working in a professional setting and with customer service/order processing experience.
