The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
this candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
they should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.responsibilities- proactively conduct comprehensive and in-depth market research on the north american stamping products industry (covering general industrial electrical equipment, motors, automotive sectors, etc.), leveraging diverse channels and analytical methods to accurately identify potential target customer segments.
collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored customer acquisition strategies.
- conduct in-depth engagements with key stakeholders of the target client, carrying out frequent, multi-level visits and interactions with critical decision-makers across departments and specific business executors.
during these communications, keenly identify and collect valuable business leads and opportunity insights, accurately analyze the client's pain points and core requirements, successfully obtain rfq documents, and efficiently mobilize the team to explore and implement actionable business opportunities.
concurrently, actively facilitate the factory's compliance with the client's stringent supplier audit process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of audit findings with detailed reports to senior management until the successful acquisition of project award eligibility.
- collaborate with team members to develop and implement comprehensive, systematic customer maintenance plans for the company's designated key clients.qualifications- possesses over five years of extensive and solid practical experience in the b2b sales sector of manufacturing, with thorough familiarity with b2b sales workflows and customer management models; - at least 3 years of specialized experience in major client development or relationship maintenance within the north american automotive or metal manufacturing industry (preferably in electrical, motor, or automotive sectors); demonstrate in-depth understanding of north american market characteristics, industry competition landscape, and major client procurement decision-making processes.
- possesses over two years of safe driving experience to meet local travel and client visit requirements.
