your tasks
* maintain communication with the client as frequently as each client requests.
* receive (pdf, edi, portals depending on the client), analyze, and provide timely feedback to the client regarding variations in demand.
* update client requirements in sap (manual demand or closed purchase orders) and monitor for automatic demand transmission errors (emfor).
* generate shipping plans (as frequently as each client requests), inform the warehouse, and monitor compliance.
* monitor that shipments to the client are made in a timely manner and inform the client if required.
* after shipment, send the applicable documentation to each client (packing list, invoice, asn, etc. as applicable).
your profile
* 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company, preferably automotive
* intermediate english
* sap knowledge
