We are seeking a skilled and motivated opentext infoarchive developer with 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and testing applications within the opentext infoarchive environment.
in this role, you will play a key part in optimizing enterprise data archiving solutions, ensuring smooth data access, compliance, and operational efficiency.
key responsibilities:
* design, develop, and test applications using the opentext infoarchive platform.
* write and optimize sql queries within sql server management studio to support data archiving and retrieval.
* integrate infoarchive solutions with enterprise data environments to ensure seamless functionality.
* implement effective data migration and archiving strategies to meet business and compliance requirements.
* collaborate with business analysts and architects to define and deliver technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.
* troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
* document technical designs, application changes, and processes thoroughly for future reference.
skills & qualifications:
* bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of relevant experience working with opentext infoarchive.
* strong proficiency in sql server management studio and sql query optimization.
* experience with data archiving, compliance, and retention strategies.
* familiarity with xml, xquery, and data mapping tools.
* excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills to address technical challenges effectively.
* strong communication skills in english, both written and verbal, with the ability to document technical processes clearly.

preferred skills:
* knowledge of enterprise data governance and compliance standards.
* experience with integrating opentext infoarchive solutions in cloud‑based environments.
* understanding of enterprise content management (ecm) systems and their integration with infoarchive.
