*about this opportunity*:
this is a great chance to join ericsson as a sourcing business partner, collaborating closely with stakeholders and sourcing teams. You will lead sourcing strategies and third-party business solutions tailored to diverse products and customers. In this role, you'll manage sourcing plans focused on both cost efficiency and delivery performance. It's a platform to drive business value by leveraging supplier innovation, market insights, and proactive sourcing strategies.
*what you will do*:
- lead, develop, and support ssms within the assigned sourcing practice area
- own the source to agreement process (dp1-dp3), ensuring alignment with global sourcing standards
- drive sow creation for nms services rfxs in pre
- and post-sales, with sbps and ssms
- support local supplier scouting, foster partnerships, and build trust with third parties
- represent sourcing latam in your practice area to group sourcing counterparts
- act as key counterpart to cu head of build for governance and nms strategy in mela
- accountable for performance (cost savings, kpis) and compliance risk integration
- act as escalation point for sourcing issues in the practice area
- ensure optimal ssm resource allocation across latam, in coordination with sbps and head of sourcing latam.
*the skills you bring*:
- 3+ years managing teams, ideally in a multinational environment
- fluent in spanish and english
- strong sourcing experience (preferably in nms category)
- proven leadership and coaching ability.
- knowledge of ericsson sourcing practices and strategies
- deep local supplier knowledge in nms
- excellent negotiation and commercial strategy skills
- risk assessment and mitigation expertise
- experience managing sourcing-related projects and stakeholder relationships
- proactive, change-driven, and customer-focused
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
