Job title: sales specialist

company overview: as a leading provider of innovative communication solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales specialist to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through local dealer partnerships.

we offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary, year-end bonus, process bonus, special bonus, and overseas allowance. main responsibilities:

* maintenance of existing dealer relationships: ensure alignment with company objectives and foster strong relationships with existing dealers.
* negotiation and finalization of dealer agreements: negotiate and finalize agreements with dealers, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met.
* market research: conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
* channel partner support: assist channel partners with quotations and proposals.
* collaboration with marketing: work with marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
* demand generation initiatives: drive initiatives such as product training, workshops, and seminars for channel partners and end-users.
* industry developments: stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and competitive landscape.

required skills and qualifications:

* education: bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
* language skills: fluency in english, and fluency in spanish or portuguese; chinese is a plus.
* other requirements: strong understanding of market dynamics, cultures, and business practices; exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to analyze market data.
