* follow‑up to internal and external training for registration in government and internal systems (schaeffler academy).
* support in event management.
* management of induction courses and follow‑up to the documentation of new admissions (pi and dp).
* creation of training content for e‑learning.
* support in internal and external audits.
education, experience, knowledge, and skills
* education: psychology, business administration, human resources or related.
* advanced english.
* communication, teamwork, adaptability or flexibility, time management, initiative, problem solving.
