Director of sales
we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury and all-inclusive hospitality, with a strong understanding of international markets and key distribution channels.
* develop and execute sales strategies for north america, mexico, and europe, maximizing revenue across fit, mice, and destination wedding segments.
* strengthen partnerships with otas, consortia, travel agencies, and wholesalers to increase production and market share.
* collaborate with revenue management to optimize adr, occupancy, and revpar through effective pricing and segmentation strategies.
requirements
* minimum 5 years of experience in a director of sales role within the luxury or all-inclusive hotel segment.
* strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
* fluent in english; spanish proficiency a plus.
* solid knowledge of key performance indicators such as adr, revpar, mice revenue, and market share.
