responsibilities
lead siop (demand forecast, material forecast)
tracking customer shipment dates
prioritizing customer drop-in orders
liaise with customer and isc for missed deliveries
execute transnorm n.a. Revenue plan (sro)
operational process improvements
prioritization of site ve/ce projects
margin expansion
manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by
acting as the business focal point for customer escalations
presenting customer-specific operational data on a quarterly basis
leading and presenting rcca using six‐sigma/lean tools to prevent udo recurrences
qualifications
must have
minimum of 5 years of experience in a business management, program management or operations role.
strong understanding of operational processes and strategies.
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
