about this opportunity: our ever-growing team at ericsson is in search of a dedicated site engineer who possesses a data-focused and results-oriented approach to effectively supervise all aspects of site activities. These include, but are not limited to, civil works, site surveys, network design and installation. A major part of the role includes managing support and assurance for commissioning and integration activities while adhering to group directives, legal and financial directives. A commitment to procedures and tools grounded in both global and local environmental and occupational health and safety (e+ohs) including attention to data security and privacy is key to this role.
what you will do:
* conduct site surveys, gather data efficiently to ensure proper planning.
* plan and secure engagement of the appropriate service provision (asp) in areas like licensing, assessment, training, and compliance.
* coordinate the requisition and allocation of workforce and material.
* ensure validity of site design.
* diligently plan, secure and execute the installation and commissioning phase.
* meet quality standards in all execution procedures and report relevant activities.
