Production manager - bakery job qualifications
* bachelor’s degree graduate in food technology, engineering (ie/me/ee/che) or its equivalent.
* minimum of 5 years’ experience in production and quality assurance in continuous line bakery operation.
* knowledge in production planning, raw materials/packaging materials, production equipment, and human resource principles and practices.
* good experience in quality inspection and can implement corrective & preventive action programs.
* basic knowledge of production warehouse & inventory control.
* knowledgeable in engineering & technology principles and practices.
* knowledgeable in relevant regulatory requirements.
* solid skills in computer (ms word, excel & outlook) and database application skills (sap, oracle, globe exact system, and equivalent).
* experience in an iso certified company; knowledgeable in food safety, gmp & haccp standards.
* knowledgeable in occupational health & safety standards.
* above average in people handling skills.
