Lead the customer planning team to ensure accurate demand forecasting and order management.
- serve as the main interface between customers and internal departments (production, logistics, quality, sales).
- build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure responsiveness and satisfaction.
- translate customer forecasts into internal production and material planning.
- coordinate production and shipping schedules to meet delivery targets.
- monitor and improve kpis such as otd (on-time delivery), forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover.
- analyze and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, delays, or demand changes.
- drive continuous improvement initiatives in customer service and planning.
- participate in s&op and production planning meetings.
- train, develop, and evaluate team members to ensure strong performance and collaboration.
*requirements*:
- bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
- minimum 5 years of experience in customer planning or supply chain roles in manufacturing.
- at least 2 years of team management experience.
- proficient in erp/mrp systems (sap preferred).
- fluent english with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- strong multitasking, analytical, and coordination skills.
- experience in the automotive or hvac industry is preferred.
- knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply chain best practices.
- familiarity with edi and customer-specific logistics platforms (e.g., oem portals).
Pay: from $10,000.00 per month
