* develop and update technical documentation, such as standard operating procedures (sops) and workflow/process flow diagrams, based on development materials (boms, prototypes, design drawings), while maintaining production processes within the mes system.
* conduct daily production floor walkthroughs to monitor process compliance, audit staffing levels, identify and resolve operational issues, and continuously optimize work methods and line balancing.
* participate in new product process reviews, trial production preparation, pilot runs, and first article (fai) build and verification; guide production operations, collect trial-run issues, and ensure closed-loop follow-up to enable mass production of new models.
* apply industrial engineering methodologies (e.g., motion studies, fixture/jig design) to identify bottleneck stations, implementing targeted improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
* address production anomalies related to processes and materials by developing temporary and permanent countermeasures, and track the implementation of engineering changes (ecn/dcn) on the production line.
* oversee specialized tasks, including skd/ckd projects, repair unit solutions, and production staff training.
* bachelor’s degree (completed).
* 3 years of experience in the role.
* intermediate english.
* strong knowledge of core industrial engineering principles, with proficiency in methods study, work measurement (e.g., mod method), and the seven basic industrial engineering techniques.
