we are working with a premier service provider of an exclusive fund management company focused on energy infrastructure assets throughout north america, europe, and asia. Our client is looking for an asset manager who is passionate about renewable energy, has a positive attitude, and is adept at building strong client relationships.
what the job involves:
* preparation of asset management strategies and business plans for potential investments.
* complete strategic asset management initiatives to improve project value.
* review and manage operating budgets, capital budgets, and marketing plans.
* conduct market and trend research to develop strategies that increase the value of assets.
* assist the acquisition teams on evaluation of prospective businesses.
* use financial data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to increase profitability and reduce costs.
* assist operating management teams and asset management colleagues with other corporate development transactions as required, including financing, acquisitions, sales forecasting, and strategic planning.
* documentary control of all assets through the purchase, development, stabilization, and sale process.
* monitor internal performance and financial reporting on behalf of investments and preparation of documents for investors (quarterly reports, track record, etc.).
* review project inspection reports.
* participate in diverse projects from the preconstruction phase, involving epc, equipment, and all resources needed for construction.
who we are looking for:
* experience in asset management or related field. Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.
* bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, economics, or related field.
* proactive leader, with strong financial and modelling skills.
* superior analytical skills.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
