responsibilities include defining data needs and use cases for marketing automation, configuring data streams, insights, and personalization enablers, ensuring data governance, consent, and compliance, supporting platform enablement through demonstrations and hands-on sessions, identifying the data needs and conducting data mapping to support use cases that have already been defined by the experience architect, and supporting ongoing platform optimization and enhancements.
to be successful in this role, candidates should have strong expertise in salesforce data cloud and identity resolution, familiarity with marketing cloud and audience segments, skills in apis, data modeling, and etl processes, knowledge of general data protection regulation (gdpr), hipaa, and data governance practices, as well as salesforce certifications (e.g., data cloud consultant).
