plant controller will be responsible for leading the overall finance function for two manufacturing operations in silao, guanajuato.key responsibilities include:- lead monthly closing, financial reporting, and forecasting activities.
- oversee cost accounting, inventory control, and manufacturing finance analysis.
- manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, payroll, and import/export finance activities.
- ensure compliance with ifrs and corporate financial policies.
- partner closely with plant management to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- provide financial visibility and performance analysis to leadership.
- lead and develop the local finance team.
- support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- maintain strong financial controls across plant operations.perfil buscadothe ideal candidate will have strong experience within automotive manufacturing environments, with solid exposure to plant finance operations and cost accounting.required qualifications:- minimum of 6 years of experience as a plant controller within manufacturing environments.
- strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory management, and financial analysis.
