as a production supervisor, you will lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that people, processes, and equipment run efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards. You will oversee production teams, coordinate shop floor activities, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and team development within your area.
how you'll make an impact
* lead and manage shop floor teams to meet production plans and delivery targets.
* ensure product quality by enforcing standards, procedures, and process controls.
* monitor and improve key kpis such as productivity, downtime, inventory, overtime, and maintenance.
* promote and ensure compliance with safety (ehs) standards and the integrated management system.
* develop team capabilities through training and by driving a lean manufacturing mindset and continuous improvement culture.
what you bring
* bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering fields, with 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing and assembly environments.
* strong technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical drawings, materials, manufacturing processes, and industrial equipment.
* experience working with sap and lean manufacturing methodologies.
* intermediate level of english to collaborate in a global environment.
* strong leadership, communication, risk management, and emotional intelligence skills to manage high‑performing teams.
