Create dashboards and trackers to give visibility to the whole team. Document processes so anyone can follow them easily. Be the reliable one stay calm when plans change (it happens often!). Keep projects moving even when others drop the ball. Become the person everyone trusts to make sure things get done right. Must-haves excellent english — both written and spoken.
