the human resources manager supports the organizational hr strategy in go to market mexico office and ingredion experience center (lab), defining, implementing and executing hr effective solutions and actions.
responsibilities will include:
- closely partner with commercial leaders in leading hr strategy for their respective business and functions.
supporting and implementing organizational plans and structural improvements in connection with the business strategy.
- partner with commercial leaders and with talent & adquisition coe team to ensure right employees in right roles
- performs assessments to identify development opportunities and training strategies to close gap, and timely addresses performance and or behavioral issues.
- support global hr programs, processes and initiatives for gtm team and other employees at site: performance management, merit process, development program, t&a selection, succession planning, listen surveys, nom 035 survey, audits, etc
- develop and execute wellness program, coordinating with the medical site responsible, campaigns, and preventive pandemic protocols.
- provide support and solutions related to workforce, talent and organizational matters to business leaders in pure circle, mexico and central america.
- create & aligned with the commercial leadership team different actions plan to improve the engagement and retain our talent in the company.
- prevent labor issues, coaching leaders and offering guidelines.
- define and execute employee events to promote engagement, improve employee relationships, live our values according to our local culture and market practices.
- will supervise 1 receptionist and 1 doctor location service
- 5-8+ years experience as hrbp or hr "generalist", talent leader or consultant.
support to commercial function desirable.
- bachelor degree required
- knowledge of hr processes: compensation, talent management, talent acquisition, employee & labor relations, workforce planning, and change management.
- ability to build & foster relationships with business leaders
- able to manage multiple priorities and interact with multiple functions
- ability to lead-coordinate small teams
- demonstrate digital awareness and analytics understanding
- written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- fluent in english
- computer literacy with word, excel and powerpoint
- must live in tlanepantla, estado de méxico.
- hybrid role
