Responsibilities
the role of the customer information analyst has the objective of supporting pepsico beverages north america team by analyzing customer data and tax information. The analyst will validate legality and follow‑up on each case, ensuring initiatives are implemented accurately to achieve strategic goals. The analyst is expected to have strong communication and analytical skills and work closely with finance global teams and project designers to implement new processes.
* follow‑up requests and provide solutions to all stakeholders.
* maintain continuous and open communication with stakeholders to gather feedback, apply insights, and enhance service level agreements (sla’s).
* manage ticket flow requests, understand the need for each ticket and prioritize response.
* establish processes to identify, track, resolve, and report results about customer issues.
* participate in fine‑tune activities to improve process efficiency.
qualifications
* graduated from business administration, engineering, or data & analytics related career.
* 1 year of experience in commercial, finance, or customer service areas (desirable).
* advanced skills in microsoft suite, especially excel.
* advanced english language proficiency, both written and oral communication.
* experience in using different sources of information to compile and integrate.
* knowledge of data governance models and customer/material hierarchies.
* proficient at creating dynamic dashboards and/or reports at different levels of detail using pepsico standard resources.
