your role:
* manage a portfolio of vip key account customers.
* understand key customer needs and requirements.
* expand relationships by proposing solutions that meet objectives.
* generate new sales that develop into long-lasting relationships.
* assist high-end, high-value players, and attend hospitality events.
* collaborate with internal teams to enhance the vip customer experience.
* prepare regular reports for stakeholders using key account metrics.
requirements:
* diploma/degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
* proven experience as an account manager in the gambling industry.
* strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* excellent knowledge of microsoft office.
* understanding of crm tools.
* problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* fluency in english.
