- completion of coursework (egresado) in any pertinent field or industry.
- advanced english level.preferred- understanding of core financial processes (gl, ap, ar, asset accounting, etc.)- strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- good communication and interpersonal skills.
- sap certification in financial accounting (sap fi).
- experience working with sap s/4hana- familiarity with other sap modules or related sap tools (e.g., sap co, sap fiori, sap query).
- previous experience with sap project rollouts, upgrades, or large-scale implementations.
- basic abap knowledge or debugging skills or technical skills for writing functional specifications.
