Your role and responsibilities as an accounts receivable professional specializing in collections, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships by supporting the accounts receivable fulfillment process and taking ownership of accounts receivable problem resolution. Your work will involve executing defined accounts receivable processes, in line with business controls and business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include: collect open receivables: collect open receivables, accurately handle processing/transaction requirements, and apply effective research techniques to promote client satisfaction and sales productivity. Maintain client relationships: support the accounts receivable fulfillment process, take ownership of accounts receivable problem resolution, and ensure timely issue resolution to maintain strong client relationships. Reconcile a/r files: reconcile a/r files, resolve disputes, and perform related tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Execute invoicing tasks: perform e-invoicing, manual invoicing, and tax credit handling in accordance with established processes and procedures. Resolve disputes: research and resolve disputes related to accounts receivable, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial solutions. Preferred education bachelor's degree required technical and professional expertise accounts receivable processes: exposure to executing defined accounts receivable processes, including e-invoicing, manual invoicing, and tax credit handling, in line with business controls and objectives. Transaction requirements: experience working with processing/transaction requirements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in handling accounts receivable transactions. Research techniques: exposure to applying effective research techniques to resolve accounts receivable issues and promote client satisfaction and sales productivity. Dispute resolution: experience working with dispute resolution processes, including researching and resolving disputes related to accounts receivable. A/r file reconciliation: exposure to reconciling a/r files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and resolving disputes in a timely manner. Preferred technical and professional experience bankruptcy handling knowledge: exposure to handling bankruptcy activities, including understanding the impact on accounts receivable and client relationships. Litigation activities understanding: experience working with litigation activities related to accounts receivable, including awareness of relevant laws and regulations.
