we are seeking a motivated recruiter based in latin america to join a growing u.s. recruitment firm focused on permanent placements. This role is ideal for someone early-to-mid career who already has experience recruiting for the u.s. market and is looking to continue growing in a structured, performance-driven environment.
responsibilities
* recruit for u.s.-based clients.
* source, screen, and present candidates
* manage recruitment processes end-to-end.
* build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
requirements
* 1–3 years of recruiting experience
* prior experience recruiting us talent.
* strong english skills (written and spoken)
* organized, disciplined, and coachable
* professional maturity and willingness to grow
compensation
* initial part-time ramp-up period (~usd 600+ monthly base)
* transition to full-time (~usd 1,200/month base)
* performance-based commission structure
