Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion & Client Management for Chemical Construction Materials (Rubber Powder, Cellulose Ether,HPMC/HEMC/RDP)
- Achieve the sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Promote and provide technical support for the company’s chemical construction materials (Rubber Powder, cellulose ether, etc.).
- Client Training & After-Sales Service:
- Provide product training to clients to ensure correct usage.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resource sharing.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Chemistry, Construction Materials, Marketing, or related fields. HPMC/HEMC/RDP preferred.
- Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales within the construction materials or related industries. Experience in selling Rubber Powder, cellulose ether, or other chemical construction materials is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Brazil construction materials market and customer demands; industry connections are a plus.
- Dow Chemical,WACKER ,ELOTEX preferred.

- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a plus.
