Analyze key metrics of the hr bbsc (absenteeism, turnover, per, staffing cycle time etc, hr analitics )
- manage and execute the recruitment and employment process related for professional, technical positions
- manage grievances and /or conflicts, workplace issues &employee questions related to discipline process
- support hr to achieve plan and objectives
- execute employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting; analyze key metrics and suggest action plan
- support employee orientation, development, and training
- execute policy development and documentation
- support safety, welfare, wellness and health for all employees in site
- be a poc of employee services and counseling.
- manage hr systems (tress, workday)
- support hr operations in plant, knowledge of labor relations, compensation etc
