About you
as a business development representative at oxalis, you’ll help grow our customer base across complex, highly regulated industries. You bring experience in outbound sales, strong curiosity, and the ability to clearly communicate value. You’ll open conversations, build pipelines, and influence how prospects understand oxalis’ consulting-led approach.
You’ll represent our full portfolio—atlassian-focused consulting, ifs erp solutions, and proprietary platforms like oae (secure estimation for complex bids) and osrs (ship repair workflow modernization). You quickly ascertain technical and business problems and connect them to the right solution paths.
