Bilingual service desk executive (100% native english)
work mode: hybrid, remote or on-site (based on performance)
schedule: 12-hour day shifts with a rotating 4-days-one-week / 3-days-the-next-week pattern.
* 2 agents working from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (cdmx), on a rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next (long shift rotation).
* 2 agents working from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (cdmx), also on a rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next (long shift rotation).
* 1 agent working from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (cdmx), monday to friday, acting as a floater to cover for ptos or medical leaves within the team.

we are looking for a bilingual service desk executive who will serve as the first point of contact for users requiring technical support. We seek proactive individuals with excellent service attitude and flawless communication skills in english.
responsibilities:
* provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and/or chat.
* log, categorize, and follow up on tickets using the management tool.
* troubleshoot common software, hardware, network, and access issues.
* escalate cases in a timely manner when necessary.
* document solutions for the knowledge base.
requirements:
* native or 100% fluent english (spoken and written).
* at least 1 year of experience in help desk or technical support.
* basic knowledge of operating systems (windows/mac), office 365, networking, and ticketing tools (e.g., servicenow, zendesk).
* excellent communication skills, service-oriented attitude, and solution-driven mindset.
nice to have:
* itil, comptia a+, or other support-related certifications.
* experience in corporate environments or service centers.
