* analyze historical cost data to inform strategic decisions.

* develop and maintain up-to-date financial information, including fixed and variable costs distributed to unit costs in production cycles or years, as well as grower costs.

* reconcile seeds and supplies inventory data with accounting records.

* analyze expenses and reclassify as necessary to reflect intercompany transactions.

* monitor seasonal labor expenditure to match production demand.

* provide timely financial information and reconciliation of accounting items for internal and external auditors.

* track quotes and expenses according to market prices and charge to correct cost centers and accounts.

* maintain payment requests and follow up on transfers to growers and suppliers.

* oversee capital projects in baysim and sap, ensuring accurate registration of fixed assets and record download when appropriate.

* update financial information in spotfire to provide real-time data in the financial dashboard.
">
* support operations in capex, opex activities, and basic clean processes (production planning, creation of operation processes, inspection lots, good issue, stock transfer order).

* follow up on issue tickets and communicate tracking progress for capex projects in the north american production region.

required skills and qualifications:

* bachelor's degree in a financial discipline (master's or mba preferred) with 3+ years' experience in finance.

* b2 english proficiency (upper intermediate level).
