this is a full-time on-site role as a customer service representative at azcapotzalco, cmx. The
customer service representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving
issues, providing outstanding customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-today basis.
*qualifications*
- high school diploma completed.
- advanced english level (b2+ and above).
- 1+ years of customer service, tech support or sales experience.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- knowledge of crm systems and tools preferred.
- schedule flexibility.
pay: $18,000.00 per month
ability to commute/relocate:
- azcapotzalco, cdmx: reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
