the responsibility ofvalue and component engineeringsupervisor is tolead a teamandhandsonidentifyingproduct cost savings opportunitiesthrough vendor change ofcurrentcomponentsas well as through circuitand mechanical projects that implement these changes cooperate with the design teams and isc (integrated supply chain)prepare test plan perform tests of the component and final product in the laboratory prepare test report all that to make sure the product after cost reduction change works as per specification and with unchanged quality. qualifications
must have
* bachelors degree in mechanicalor electromechanicalengineering
* hands on mechanical design experience of actuators valves motors mechanical housings/assemblies/parts and plastic parts etc.
* at least5years of experience invalue/component engineering hardware/mechanicaldesign
* deep knowledge ofmechanicalcomponents their parameters and characteristics
