Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- receive requests for facilities maintenance services and dispatch work orders to facilities staff and contractors.
- oversee the operation, maintenance, and reliability of building systems such as hvac, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and utilities.
- maintain preventive facilities program to ensure schedules are met. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance standard procedures are developed, scheduled, executed in time and updated if necessary.
- develop, review and maintain records /logs for fire protection systems, compressed air (recipient under pressure), and emergency lamps and ernsure compliance with local and state government regulations, in coordination with ehs department.
- provide engineering support to production, r&d, or office operations, ensuring facilities meet business needs.
- lead initiatives oriented in efficiency for energy conservation, water use reduction, and sustainable building practices.
- implement smart technologies (bms, sensors, automation) for better facility management.
- monitor and generate reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and improvement projects.
Experiência y requisitos
- two or more years of prior facilities experience.
- experience administrador systems such as hvac, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and utilities.
- strong expertise in electronics.
- experience managing supplier contracts
- basic knowledge of regulatory requirements for fire protection, electrical, hvac and hazardous materials.
- must have a strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple projects.
