the job
you will be responsible for :
* handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
* assist with logistics-related tasks (dispatching, customer updates, follow-ups, etc.)
* communicate professionally with u.s.-based clients and partners
* work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
* supporting the customer service team in resolving escalated issues or complaints.
* collaborating effectively with supply chain, sales and other teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
* recruiting, training, coaching and performance managing the customer service team.
* managing a team of 11-50 people.
the profile
* fluent in english and spanish (verbal and written)
* strong communication and phone skills
* prior experience in a business, logistics, or high-call-volume role preferred
* must be proactive, fast-paced, and a hard worker
* reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
