in this role, you will be responsible for:
1. managing compensation processes in collaboration with recruitment, administration, organization, and finance to ensure proper processing of new hires, restructuring, promotions, demotions, and job eliminations for all positions, including subcontracted staff, and controlling the personnel budget.
2. handling compensation and benefits processes such as managing major health, life, dental, and vision insurance; pension plan administration; ppsp management; merit increase processes; variable pay management; and conducting salary/market surveys.
3. managing and providing service for expatriates, including finding housing, visa processes, relocation, personal information, legal documents, taxes, and compliance, working closely with hr functions in other countries.
4. administering company vehicles for all executive, local, and expatriate functions.
5. participating in obtaining or maintaining quality, environmental, fiscal, it certifications, and maintaining confidentiality of company information.
6. adhering strictly to local and international laws, including the foreign corrupt practices act (fcpa), and daimler policies.
minimum requirements:
* degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
* specific knowledge in compensation, taxes, benefits budget, hr services, expatriate management, variable pay concepts, and experience with relevant systems.
* at least 3 years of experience in compensation, hr organization, general hr administration, or finance.
* hybrid work modality.
* advanced english proficiency.
