About The Opportunity
Welldone Chemical LLC is seeking a Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Mexico. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong sales expertise in HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP applications.
You will play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and revenue growth, helping us expand our market presence. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering results, we want to hear from you!
How You Will Make An Impact
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the coating, painting, putty, ceramic tile adhesive, and mortar industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in coating, painting, and construction chemicals.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and distributors, especially in Mexico.
- Deep understanding of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, RDP, and their applications.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Must be authorized to work in Mexico.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet business objectives.
