- manage the human and material resources of the responsible area.
- ensure compliance with established quality standards; achieve compliance
with equipment delivery schedules and customer satisfaction.
- ensure the proper use and operation of the machines and devices used in
the process, following an ongoing staff training program.
- ensure the safety and integrity of staff in the work areas.
- ensure compliance with the established indicators for the area through
periodic monitoring: compliance with the production plan, overtime, time
notification, inventory, maintenance, among others.
- responsibility for complying with and/or enforcing the protocols,
policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integrated management
system (ehs, quality). – mandatory for all positions in mexico
what you bring
- university degree: industrial engineering, electrical engineering,
mechanical engineering, or mechatronics engineering.
- professional experience: 1 year of experience in an industrial
manufacturing and assembly process environment.
- technical knowledge: interpretation of mechanical and electrical
drawings, knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and industrial
equipment, sap management, knowledge of lean processes and manufacturing, etc.
- language: intermediate english.
- skills/competencies: assertive communication, creativity and innovation,
risk management, emotional intelligence, etc.

areas of the company.
