As a business development representative, you will develop and perform effective sales strategies that increase financial growth, build customer relationships and differentiate us from our competitors.
you will report to business development manager.
*key responsibilities*
- develop, communicate, and implement the vision and strategic direction to deliver sales and profit growth.
- improve business strategies to ensure participation and profitable growth of the businesses you will lead.
- manage the implementation of the value selling process with strategic customers.
- design and implement business strategies that make a difference in the market.
- coordinate the successful launching of new products in customer lines.
- ensure the profitability of commercial accounts.
*qualifications*
- bachelor's degree in engineering or management.
- proficient english
- salesforce knowledge.
- validated experience in business intelligence in the paints and coatings segment.
